Tired of spending money on costly Newpaper Ads?

Ad With Four Photos (1 exterior, 3 interior shots)
$35 - All you have to do is provide RentWorks with the digital photos, property and community features and your property write up. We will post your ad and run it for one month for the monthly fee of $35.

A sign for the property will be provided by RentWorks directing potential renters to our website for more information on your unit and to your listing information thus eliminating a lot of calls for details on the property and cutting down on the time you spend showing the unit to renters who would not be interested.

After your unit has been rented we will keep your lising in our files for any future listing. If a new photos or change to the write up is required you will be able to have it updated at the next listing.

RentWorks does require all listings to be paid in advance of the ad being posted.

There is a 24 hour period for administration from the time the ad is finalized until the time it is posted on the website.

The service will post the ad on www.rent-works.com and will direct any interested parties to the contact information provided at the time the ad is placed. You will be responsible to notify RentWorks of any change(s) to your contact information and to notify RentWorks when the unit has been rented. This can be done by sending an email to listing@rent-works.com or by calling (506) 476-9675.

Any changes or updates to the ad will also take 24hrs to process.

All applications to list with rent-works.com are subject to approval by RentWorks. RentWorks reserves the right to refuse any application that RentWorks feels does not meet our companies objectives or image. *RentWorks will not be responsible to verify the suitability of any tenant(s) nor is RentWorks responsible if not notified of any changes to contact information.
